Our story begins with a family tradition more than fifty years in the making. Every holiday, our mom filled the kitchen with the distinct aroma of her beef jerky. Friends and family looked forward to this gift and kept asking when she would make the next batch.

Our name was inspired by our mom, whose name means lotus flower. The lotus is a symbol of vibrancy and renewal and felt like the perfect expression of what she began and what we are proud to continue.

It all began with our Lotus Bloom Signature flavor: bold, subtly sweet, and endlessly craveable. The first flavor our mom created became the one everyone asked for again and again and inspired our collection of flavors.
